I'm just seeing this thread. I've been away from the forum for a bit. I'd like to get in with some of you Dallas guys. I'm 30 min south but would be cool to meet up with some of you guys. I'm hoping to get my 3rd gen in better shape for off road (lift and tires on the short list) in the near future and would love to go ride with some folks.
I'm often at ETTS in Waxahachie on weekends...

Guys I am so glad to see some activity brewing in the area. I am starting to come out of my shell and able to breath again (started a new business Dec of last year).
I live in plano as well 15th st and Custer. I would be more than happy to lend a hand, however I am out of town this weekend. But definitely give you a hand with wrenching if need be. Ill be at Jambo for sure as well. Great event.
Man I would love to should be a good weekend for it. I was out a couple of weekends ago and they have cut some new trails around the perimeter of the park. My club duties have me full that day, TTR is having there quarterly meeting in Fort Worth that day. If anyone cant make it to Bridgeport feel free to join us for lunch and 4wd toyota hanging out.
If anyone is interested in watching a body lift going in I plan on installing mine soon. Maybe on the 9th....

Dude! So do I. I'm between 15th and Park, Custer and Alma. I bet we've driven past each other a dozen times. I wouldn't be able to help with your body lift, but maybe something else later on.

Forgive my ignorance but what is TTR? When is this quarterly meeting, & is it an open event?
I wouldn't mind, meeting some guys & gals near you or @ a meeting and lend a hand. I am "Chrysler technican", but eager to learn about Toyota's inner workings!

Looks like VM posted up a link to our forum. Basically we are a Toyota offroad club based out of the DFW area. Mixed from Landcruisers, 4Runners, Tacomas and FJ's. The quarterly meeting is an open event. It is open and for the people who cant make it to the typical monthly Thursday night meetings.

I know there are a couple of 4runner guys in the NRH/Keller & Fort Worth areas.
Definitely some Tacoma and FJ guys out that way.
