yep I was surprised how cheap it was to do and I had additional foam padding added to the seats
yes they remove the OEM material first. I had additional foam installed as well.

2 rows, not 3 rows? Right?
I see you are in SE, like me. Who did the install, if you don't mind saying?
I've been quoted about $1800 for 3 rows. My info says a 2 row kit won't fit 2nd row seats with 3rd row, so you have to pay for 3rd row kit, even if 3rd row leather not installed. Alt is to go front row only but that was quoted at about $900.
Quotes are from a shop in VA I used for my 2004 and their leather went 12 yrs and was still in good shape when I got the 2016.

I have 3rd row but just did the 2 rows because i never use the jumpseats. The 2 row kit works just fine. I paid $1100 and change for both rows, extra padding on all seat surface, light gray overatitch and installation. Had it done at MCOR Automotive in Lutz Florida

The clazzio covers on the Tacoma looked legit. I thought they were stock! I went on their website and it shows they have covers for 2014+.

Yeah, I'm looking into Clazzio's for the T4R, TW seems to love them, and you can customize them.
On my 16' Taco I went with Coverkings canvas like material. They look pretty baggy, but protect the seats really well.

I ordered these off of Amazon. Saw them at Sema and figured they would work and it was worth the $100 dollar gamble.
Very durable and plenty of storage options on the back of the seat.
They have two versions this one and a camo version

Yes they are as the side straps are elastic and fly out of the way when the airbag goes off. ( btw I asked the same question at Sema )

I'm on my first set of Wet Okole's and I haven't been impressed with durability. I only got the front set and on both sides the seam between the lower panel and the seat panel has worn through... I do a lot of short trips, getting in and out often but this happened in less than 9 months. I know in theory you could send it in for repair, but it was a ***** to put in (not hard just a lot of fiddling). This seems to happen a lot as almost everyone in my field of work with neoprene covers has this happen. So I've seen it on the CoverKings and generic as well. Not sure anyone makes a reinforced side???
Also Wet Okole has got the seat heater option that I ordered which is better than nothing. The temp control isn't that great. It has 2 settings but it's basically scorching or nothing. One switch died quick but the return/warranty on it is really short. And them being in Hawaii prices for shipping go up quickly for anything.
The Wet Okole has saved me from several full tumblers of coffee spilled and countless other grime so in that sense it has been as advertised. I haven't undone them so not sure what it looks like underneath but they definitely don't absorb quickly. They kind of pool the water.

For those looking for canvas, I've got the Covercraft Carhartt covers in my 3rd gen and like them a bunch. They are easy to install, easy to remove, washable and show no wear over a year of heavy use doing dirty things like MTB and camping with me, kids and the dog. They don't fit quite as tightly as the nicer/more expensive customs, but they are treated with a DWR which still beads water when wet. They stay nice and cool in the hot NC weather as well.

I put a set of the Coverking Tactical's on my Pro more as protection as I get pretty grimy on the farm and my short wife likes to slide off the bolster which irks me. They aren't as snug as neoprene since there isn't any stretch but after careful fitting they aren't too bad. I haven't found much use yet for the molle pouches or webbing on the back but the do look better than most of the other options.
These interest me as well.
An email from Clazzio this morning:
