Need pics of 5th Gen with this combo.....
Howdy.
This is my first post since the intro page a couple of weeks ago. Some here post their set up with their pics and some don't. I am looking for some 5th gen pics with the following set up or something close. We are expecting my wife's 2016 limited 4wd later in July and intend to lift it with the following:
2.5" Billstein 5100 adjustable shocks with stock springs up front
1.5" spacers and Bilstein 5100's in back
aftermarket 20x9 rims
P275/55r20 KO2s (like the idea of keeping the dia close to stock
We could set the adjustables a little lower and go with shorter spacers in rear if it would look too goofy.
If someone has similar set up, please post some pics for reference. Thank you in advance.

5100 in the front will net you 2.5" max and nothing in the rear. You can add a spacer, which people often do, along with the 5100 in the rear. I had that and liked the setup.
How's the rubbing with that width? Looks really nice..

Thanks. There really is no rubbing unless I hit a huge bump while the wheels are turned or turning the wheels in reverse hitting a large bump, but that's with me trying to make it rub. It doesn't rub at all in normal driving. I'm going to do a little more trimming thought just to make sure it doesn't rub out on the trail.

2015 SR5P with Toytec Ultimate 3" & Bilstein 5100's (3" F - 2" R). Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ P3 Tires @ 285/70R17. Wheels are MT Sidebiter II @ 17x9.
No rubbing.
Looks awesome. I'm considering this suspension. How is the ride quality, nosedive and body roll?
And what UCAs did you go with?

I agree, your truck looks good leveled out. These trucks from the factory sit pretty high in my opinion. When I traded my 03 Tacoma with a 3" lift i feel as if my new runner is the same height if not maybe sitting taller for some reason. Could be that I just love this new truck but will miss the taco.
