rub rub help

what can i do to eliminate the rubbing in these two parts when turning full lock side to side

i know there's cutting.. (dont want a hole there)

heat gun and mallet? ( sounds painful)

read about shifting the fender? (have no idea how or which way)

please help me guy :whipping2

it looks like he cut the bumper not the liner..

should i just move the liner forward? mine should not be rubbing the bumper after liner is fixed

what about the back side liner.. the 2nd pic in my post??

The SR5 bumper and the Trail bumpers are different. I've tried what harper did, and the liners are different so they won't go forward that extra inch. Your best bet is just cutting like I said in my pm.

Which tires and size do you have?
Did you put the spacers back on?
Do you have a lift or front leveling spacers?

Oh running 5100 set to .85 with mojave rims and 265 70 17 e rated LT falken rocky mountain AT

No rubbing with this setup but rubbing with spidertrax added back. Im the spots shown in pics.

I guess ill move front liner foward but not sure about the back side of the front liner.

Also what options do i have to lift with springs now that i already have 5100s if i want to lift 2 in back and 3 in front total?

The spidertrax moves the wheels outward ,moving the the sweep of the wheel outboard 1.25" and causes the rub there in the back.

Did you have your truck aligned after the lift yet? You need to after any lift as the camber and toe changes and your front tires will wear on the outboard edge.

When you get it aligned next time ,you need to ask for max pos .caster and that will move the front wheels forward. It's 4.0 for our Runners by Toyotas specs with 4.0 being something to shoot for. Each degree of Positive caster moves the wheels forward approx.1/4".

Some have taken a heat gun and reformed the plastic liner or cut it out too.

Spacers or new springs are what gives you a lift in the back.

it's aligned.. didn't know about the caster back then.. too late.. sigh..

I took the mud flap thing(2nd pic ) off .

For the first pic, do the Harper mod and move it forward.
