I'd recommend a shop that does lots of Toyota diffs and ARB, or do 3rds from ECGS. Read many stories of people with issues from improper setup. Be sure to replace the 1 way valves on the diff breathers with a filter that allows air both directions, otherwise you'll get gear oil in the air line and have to pull them and re-seal them.

I bought some LCA skids after watching someone nail their LCA mount and have to sledge and pry bar it back into shape on the trail one day And also a set of LCAs since they are also quite prone to bending at the slightest provocation on the trail

Threw it up on the lift today to replace all fluids. Also fixed my rear sway bar double disconnect end links. Also had to heat up and bend the exhaust hanger so the tailpipe wasn't rubbing on the bumper brace.

I had to add washers between the sway bar and bolt so it would straighten out the angle of the heim joint. There was space in between and it clanked pretty good over bumps.

I had some clanking also but mine was due to having some play at the top disconnect. That was installer (me) error. Tightened it up when I rotated the tires and it's been pretty quiet since.

Did some of this and that Changed out my coil-overs to support the extra weight of everything else. Oh and turn a pile of pieces into a Remote control extension for the ridiculous Superwinch non-standard Talon remote socket/plug combo :mad2: It is not even the fact that I called Superwinch and inquired about something they had absolutely no answer for... except buy another remote and socket assembly and hack them all apart. Not that I minded tearing the original apart and searching for hours to find and acquire the all pieces from a company that is so huge that I think they manufacture every connector on the planet. Can you tell that bugged me a little bit, not the building, just all the work prior to that, thanks god for the interwebz

Put the OEM antenna back on, got rid of the stubby antenna. Much much better reception. Had Cravenspeed antenna, wouldn't pull in the time of day.

Did the 1st oil change, amazed at the amount of "steps" and parts & pieces needed (o-rings, filter wrench, filter, gasket, multiple underbody plates etc). I would bet that a large number of *10min oil change places would be like........meh "Bob, just drain and re-fill!

I recall seeing aftermarket skids having a small plate to remove in order to access the filter housing......seems like good justification for an upgrade to me (2 bolts vs. 9) :shrug:

Lance 1575. Full size queen bed up front with dinette slide out. Bath with shower. Very light weight and easily pulled by 2014 SR5. The 4Runner even did well pulling it over Wolf Creek Pass - 11,000 feet.

Mostly installed my new bumper. Still have to finish trimming the aluminum skid to fit the bud built front skid, trim the fenders, and cut the stock bumper cover to fill in under the headlights.
