Figured I would jump on the build thread bandwagon.

This is my 2nd T4R. The plan is to turn it in to an "expedition" vehicle, as I intend for it to see some action in South America (Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, & Brasil) over the next couple of years.

pulled the running boards off in prep for the sliders, also sprayed the lower rocker panel, and door sills with rust-oleum bedliner. hard to see on a black T4R, but it makes me happy when I open the doors. after this, this the disassembly starts.

Over the past week I managed to get some good alone time with the ol' girl:

OME lift, Tundra 13WL brake swap, urethane sway bar bushing, All-Pro CV boots, moog end links (fronts all the way around), braided brake lines (rears only; stripped a fitting trying to get one of the front lines), and relocated the diff breather.

I might regret not going with 2 10mm trim packs per side in the back, since it's about level without being loaded.

Also got the ARB Compressor installed, and wired. Taking it in to the shop to have the rear diff installed this week, hopefully.

A little more than 2" after it settles, if I remember right (we've taken the lift off since then). 285/75r16s, I don't remember the offset on the wheels. Loved the look, steel wheels need a supercharger though .
