Final Height: Left-Front @ 22.87", Right-Front @ 23", Left-Rear @ 24.38", Right-Rear: 24.6"
I lost about 0.5" from intermediate measurements before sliders and a front winch...thinking I will adjust the front coils before buying new springs.

Nice. Even better now that I moved up to a AT3W Falken 285/70-17 in a SL rated tire from an E load 275.

Agreed on the level surface. I drove myself insane with the measurements because I couldn’t find a level spot.
Also, I found that top of rim to fender is a good relative measurement to see how much you gained. It’s far easier because center of hub is inconsistent. If you’re not looking at it straight, you might be off a little.
But that’s just me. I’m OCD like that.

When I first installed my lift last weekend, I thought I was getting the numbers I wanted (2.5F, 1.5R). Now measuring yesterday, it seems like I got hardly any lift at all. Components are Bilstein 6112 front, circlips set to 5 on each side with a 10mm spacer on drivers side. Rear is Bilstein 5100 shocks, Wheelers T13 springs with 10mm spacer on drivers side. 2015 limited with no armor or weight add-ons. I don’t know if I measured it correctly on a perfectly flat surface yet, but I’ve been compulsively measuring it everywhere now to try and get an average.

Did I really only get a 1.75 inch lift in front and a 0.5 lift in back from my setup? That sounds way lower than what others have gotten from the same, but I’m not sure what I did differently.

Didn't see measurements for a 2WD. We just bought a 2WD 2021 SR5P for my wife last month. She loves it, but the stock height and rake feel too low for my liking. Working on a mild lift for her. Will likely be Bilstein 5100 solution with spacers in the rear. Hope to get this done within a few weeks. I'll post my numbers after the lift as well.
Stock OEM 2021 SR5P RWD about 1600 miles. No 3rd row seating or additional weight in front or back.

Lift does not mesure up
That is odd the T13 are supposed to give 1.5 " of lift in the rear. I can understand a little off like a quarter inch maybe but a whole inch is not really acceptable when you are expecting 1.5". You might want to contact Wheeler maybe you got a defective set? Have you checked the forum to see if others are having a similar experience with the Wheeler springs.
I was watching this video today Suspension Ride Quality Explained & he mentions that rear coils can be very inconsistent and you might have to try a few different springs to get the setup you want. They just charge shipping & price difference if any apparently but Wheeler has a restocking fee and a short return window.
I have ordered the Bilstein 6110 also and wondering how yours rides? I have seen some comments that they are to stiff or even harsh. I had them set mine up for 2" lift. I was planning to get the the 5160s for the rear till I heard they have leaking problems. Not sure what to order for the rear now. Maybe 5100's & I was planning on 2" springs for the rear also. Now I hear that 2" lift rides rough compaired to 1.5 or even 1.75 . Its a bit maddening diving off into this mess

For my rig as described in my signature below, the average measurements are:
Front: 22.25”
Rear: 24.0”
When I say “average measurements” I mean to say that there are constant inconsistencies in the tilt or lean that i think is an artifact of the KDSS system, the lift, and how I drove/turned immediately before parking on a level surface to measure.
