Dingulus, Here is a list of what lights/LEDs you'll need, along with links.

9 of the NEO-3 bulbs (3mm): NeoWedge series LED Lamp Specifications

3 of the NEO-5 bulbs (5mm): NeoWedge series LED Lamp Specifications

About 25-30 of the PLCC-2 LEDs (depending on how many LEDs on your gauges you want to switch): Surface Mount PLCC-2 SMT LEDs

I would give anything to trade the mostly-snowless, icy, rainy and muddy New England skiing conditions for the abundance of powdery amazingness out west. This winter freakin sucks! I'm sure being out for the season with a healing knee is much worse though. My condolences, Darkie.

Seems there are 2 options:
1. NEOx-x: NEOx LED Instrument bulb
2. NEOx-xHP: NEOx High Power LED Instrument bulb

You know I want bright - esp with the LCD - but I also want to minimize hotspots. So do you think option 1? ...or highpower 6 lumen, option 2?

Well, I went the blue route for my lights, and I really have no issues with the regular powered ones. Now that being said, I think that the white LEDs are slightly underpowered in almost all of their applications. I would suggest that you try the high powered ones, but my only concern is I've heard that The high powered lights don't even light up when they're put in the hvac because of some power draw issue. Might as well try em though!

No, use the regular plcc-2 white and blue leds for the gauges, and you can use the regular-powered NEO-3/NEO-5's. It really won't make a difference. No need to complicate your build!

Absolutely! Try my parts list, and of some bulbs don't work, then replace them with the high powered ones

I just ordered the cluster gauge LED's and the others for the HVAC and buttons.

Which ones of the LED's are for the buttons - power window switch, DAC, rear window defrost, rear window power and gear selection leds beside the shifter?

The NEO's are for the hvac etc. You didn't buy anything for the window switch. I didn't change that bulb yet. It's a different kind of led that I think darkie could help you with better.

Power window switch LED should be a 3mm. you can buy them individually at any electronics store or online in bulk.

Wait, Silver, did you mean the REAR window switch or the SIDE window switch? You need a few more NEO-5's for the light for the REAR window switch, BUT I recommend Darkie's work for the switches in the cabin (DAC, Diff Lock, 4wd switch)
