Easy Weekend Mods

I wanna do the fog light mod. I had already read the write on it and im just curious is there a way to do with out having the fog light warning light on and what ever that green gear underneath the high light from lighting up?

I can remove the LED

I don't know about the wiring just yet, but you've got about what, 80 wires going into the back of the instrument cluster? I'm sure you could just cut one somehow (although I still wouldn't advise it personally).

DEFINITELY do not do this!!!! Removing the LED is the best way. Same goes for the TPMS light. Just remove it properly, don't cut wires.

my dash foglight light doesnt come on, i may not have one though. 2003 Limited.

03-05 do not have a fog light indicator (thank god)

I bought a 1/2"x12"x24" sheet of UHMW plastic online to do them instead. That stuff is almost bulletproof

The cool thing about this 1/2" lift is it costs $30, you need a few hours, and there aren't any interference issues with wiring, plumbing, your radiator shroud, or your steering! Perfect!

Do you have a write up or have a templet for the pieces you cut?

I use a drill press and go through bits like crazy.

My kit is really cheap compared to all the other bodylift kits. I ship quickly (not currently cause I need more material) and also, help feed a starving college student!

Tried the VLED interior upgrade. For the life of me I can't make the base of the bulb fit in the dome lights. I've even bought two different models and the bastards won't fit. Someone's had to have had this problem?

Upgrading reverse lights. I had seen a couple of people talking about switching to an LED bulb for the reverse and didn't really think it would make a big difference.....I was very wrong. I contacted Whitebeauty and he hooked me up with some 9.5w led's. They have a direct beam shooting directly back, as well as led's on the sides to throw light into the reflectors. I could not be happier with the results. If you need some more light in reverse, contact Whitebeauty. Thanks man!

Quality bulbs!
