Great job ! I like the progressive rate approach. Once these go into production, I'll be ready for a set. :thumb:
So I need to re-design the bump stop so it cant trap air.
How about just s small hole at the lowest point of the cavity so trapped air can vent?
[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]I have a quick update for the rear: FAILURE!!! :redbrick:
Absolute Failure...
While out testing I was going across a long set of whoops. hit after hit I hear Fart, Fart, Fart...

I think you should leave the design as-is. It'll be your signature; everyone will know "that dude has those bump farts that Plastic Guy makes! Those are the best!" [emoji1598]
And did you mean front failure when you said rear?
Stoked for the bumps! [emoji1317]

Oh man, I botched that. The original front bump stop was a fail. I have since created a new prototype that I'm testing this weekend.
You're the mfk'n man!
You and [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION] both have made incredible- game changing- products with equally as great packaging.
Can't wait to see them in person.
Now can we all work together on a +2" front suspension?!
So, how did it go? Tell me you're ready to roll with the fronts, please.

I need some input...
Im on my 5th version now. I am so close. I'm just tweaking the height of my bump stop to be as minimal as possible.
I want to eliminate the hard bottom out only. I don't want my bump stop to mess with our shocks dampening in any way until the nitty gritty end of the upstroke.
My latest bump stop design will contact the frame and compress 3/4" before the factory bump stop begins to contact. Once the factory bump stop makes contact it will continue to compress an additional 1/2" until "ultimate bottom out".
What are your guys thoughts on this?

Plastics guy and I went out and tested the snot out of these bumpstops, trying to break them. I can say they are super duper heavy duty. Also plastics guy is an awesome person, I'm glad I got to go out wheeling with him. This dude is about his business.
