Can't imagine that damage from 1-2mph but it shows the "standard" that used to be 5 mph is worthless. Guessing your best option is a junkyard unless someone has swapped theirs out recently.

the 5mph bumper is the metal beam that is behind it, the damage part is called bumper cover.
