like Pismo Jamboree in September and i really want to get some dudes together for a weekend trip to Bald Mountain!




definitely love the air raid tube and paired with the DECK PLATE mod on the air box the thing is very loud.... it almost sounds likes i have an exhaust system or something... it definitely feels faster and sounds way louder...

Dynamat is still in the works but i only order one bulk pack from eBay and i will be order 1 more to complete the job...

1 order did my rear and 1-2 doors....





I have something in the works so stay tuned!!!




Did you get a chance to how much that would cost?

i REALLY want to go there and I am planning on putting together a camping/4wheel run the weekend of

AUGUST 5/6/7th...

i want to plan far ahead in advance because soo many people say they didn't know far enough in advance...

Truck looks good. I just changed a bunch of fluids on mine too, got to keep them running strong!

Got a little overzealous with my car washing and the soaped up sponge ripped off my "L" to my limited badging...

I guess I have the worlds first "imited" lol.

So it is partially installed... Far from perfect and very frustrated

It's not sitting flush against the rear hatch...

Plan B is to JB Weld some bolts in place of the push pin clips ...

That way I can tighten down down a nut, instead of a flimsy plastic clip pushing through a hole

Added some dynamat to the rear hatch

I put some Dynamat on the rear hatch metal panels while I had them off.

Kicked it with [MENTION=120071]mtbtim[/MENTION] and check out my rear drum brakes. Inspected & cleaned

Also, I gained another 6" of lift!!!! (Temporarily)

Neither of us had much experience with drum brakes, but I did remember something from my Chevron Gas Station days. Sean's drums wouldn't come off so we had to pull the rubber grommets of the backing plates and turn the adjuster to get the drums off. Like usual, we turned it the wrong way the first time and tightened the brakes even more. Loosening them was problematic but I finally remembered you need to push the adjuster plate away from the adjuster wheel with a screwdriver so you can turn the wheel with another screwdriver or actual brake adjuster tool and loosen the brakes.

I think I'll be investing in some drum brake tools now.
