I think thats Koos se Klip rock in South Africa. A well know climb in offroading circles. The climb is almost 45°.

I don't know about that. There's another YouTube video of a guy with a Land Rover on the same hill. He stops in the middle and then continues to climb up without much drama.

There is a small patch of wild yellow grass visible from 16 seconds to 18 seconds. Grass usually grows vertically, even when on an incline, but on the video, it's not vertical. This is a hint that maybe the camera angle was a little exagerated by tilting the lens.

Look at the trees. They are all growing vertically.

Not only that, but look at how the front wheel comes off the ground. That wouldn't happen unless the hill was seriously steep!

Exactly. At 0:12 the front wheels come off the ground. Look at the difference in compression between the front and rear wheel wells as well.

Here is a video of the same rock from a different angle. Notice the small white rock in the middle and the graffities on the right side. You can see both these on the OP's video too, so this is likely the same rock. The climb doesn't look as bad on this video.

Here are 2 other pictures that give more perspective of the rock. Not nearly as steep as it looked. From this angle, I could attempt to do the climb, but based on the OP's video, I would never even try it.

Here is a video of the same rock from a different angle. Notice the small white rock in the middle and the graffities on the right side. You can see both these on the OP's video too, so this is likely the same rock. The climb doesn't look as bad on this video.

It doesn't look as bad? Seriously? That video is shot from behind, so you can't gauge the steepness of the hill at all.
