So had an interesting experience a couple of weeks ago..came out of a restaurant from dinner and my alarm was making a low, dead sound...would not disarm and only way to shut off alarm was to turn ignition to on. Lots of error codes and all the displays were messed up. Very disturbing.
Obviously truck would not start...roadside assistance came and jumped it and it ran fine. After being away for two weeks, took it into the dealer and they ran diagnostics and there was a faulty plate/cell in the battery. They replaced it no problem. Just a heads-up for anybody else that encounters this.
