Using Factory Microphone with Alpine Radio?

Does anyone know how the built-in Mic (in the Map Light overhead console area) would end up connecting to an Alpine INA-W910's Mic connector? The diagram is from the '10 FSM EWD posted on this forum - I'm not 100% sure if it is correct for my "base radio" in my '13 SR5 (stock radio has already been replaced with the INA-W910).

I see "MACC" (switched +V power? How many volts?), MIN+ and MIN- (differential/balanced Mic Output perhaps?), and SGND (looks like the ground for the cable's shield).

How would these factory Mic connections translate to the Alpine's 1/8" Mic connector? And are they even compatible??? I'd assume the factory shield connects to the "sleeve" of the 1/8" jack (as is S.O.P. in the pro-audio world), but beyond that I'm grabbing straws...

I know my Pro-Audio Mics and Preamps back and forth, but having mics in a car is a whole new ballgame to me! I also have this question posted at the DIYMA audio forum - if I get any leads I'll also post them here...

The factory mic goes through an equalizer/amp that might or might not be active once the factory head unit is gone.

I installed the Alpine mic in place of the factory one. It's easy to do. Just drop the overhead console and the factory mic will slide out. Running the new mic cable is also easy. There is a wide channel that runs from the overhead console to the driver's side just to the back of the visor. Just pull the door weather stripping loose from the bottom-front of the door all the way up to the top-back corner of the door. Then run a piece of stiff wire as a fish wire from the overhead console to the edge of the head liner. Feed the mic cable over to the door using the fish wire and along the channel for the weather stripping and under the dash back to the Aline head unit. To hold the Alpine mic in the overhead console I stuffed some acoustic foam on either side to keep it centered side-to-side. Front-to-back is a perfect fit. Took me about 15 minutes including removing and re-installing the overhead console.
