I really like these. I just wish there was a way to mount them without having to put a hole in the console side. I know it's minimal but it's one of those if I ever remove it the hole is there. But I've always like the way them look and this looks great.

There is prob a way to do it with 3M. I started using the dual lock tape, holds down my fridge. No rattle or movement from the fridge over some bumpy trails and on the highway.

Or maybe a cross member connecting each piece and saddle it on the center console. (if that makes sense)

Thanks! I was lucky to grow up working in my Dad's welding and fabrication shop. He also lets me use it once in a while for projects like this, as long as I buy him lunch or whatever. I knocked these out real quick before a family trip.

Another good day of upgrades for the truck.

Longer panhard bar to correct wheel alignment. I went with this one because I do wheel my truck and adjustable that could need re-adjusting, no thanks.

Dobinsons sway bar end links for the rear. These are adjustable and once I had the correct length they got red loctite (which I’ve removed before as needed).

I installed the same lights on my Limited Nightshade last Saturday. I decided on the black instead of the chrome. They are a much needed improvement over the stock halogen lights.

Threw on a TRD skid plate today...went on pretty easily.

Also added AUTMATCH shackles...Yes, they are attached to the tie down loop. No, that's not right. Yes, they look kinda cool.

Prepping for some response work. Florida SAR was activated to assist with hurricane relief efforts.

Recommend volunteering for an emergency response/SAR organization. A lot of different jobs needed that are work when you can hours. Most organizations depend on volunteers, their skill sets, and volunteer’s equipment solely. I have used my 4Runner for all responses. Plus you can learn some more skills and get certifications that will help in your own adventures.

I’ve got a Dobinsons 3/2 lift on mine. It’s by ResZ Fabrication out of Ohio. Runs about $160 before shipping which is much less than most adjustable bars. Theirs are also made from thick wall DOM tubing too so very solid feeling.

Not bad at all honestly. I ordered mine on 8/10 and it shipped 8/24. It arrived at my house on 8/27 so 17 days from order until I received it.

Their website for the bar shows 2-5 weeks and they were spot on.
