Right at "The Point" of Cape Hatteras, Graveyard of the Atlantic, today about 0800. Where the Gulf Stream and Labrador Currents collide and in the Winter you can see the sun rise and set over the Atlantic.

I'd like to head out there sometime next month and try some surf fishing. Where's the best spots?

Relatively easy, but can be a bit narrow at times. Nice views, for sure.

That is the best consistent spot. Only trouble is the beach has narrowed and sometimes it is inaccessible around high tide. But as we say, fishin' anywhere on the banks is always great. Now catchin' is a whole 'nuther matta
