Since your in Chicago I can pretty much help you.

I have an extra set of rails that I drop off at the powder coater so they can get powdered black. Swing by my house one day and an hour later you have black rails.

As for the silver caps you can buy new one for around $100.00 or while we are swapping your rails we can plati-dip your silver caps or heck I think I have a set that I could do before you came over and just swap them on when were done.

You would just have to leave me your rails and plastic caps.

Simple and fairly cheap to do. Cost of powder ($60.00) and a can of black plasti-dip pretty much all we do.
