2018 OffRoad Prem Broken Tail Lamp

So, don't be like me and back into the garbage tote in the driveway. That plastic is very thin and broke way too easily. Truck has under 1000 miles on it. Sucks, but hey, it's better than bodywork required!

In the meantime, I covered it with a piece of packaging tape to keep out any moisture.

I think I'm screwed and will have to buy a complete assembly, doesn't look like I can replace anything less. Is there anything special with mine? Were they the same since 2014? Toyota of Olathe is showing $220.

you could buy a knockoff for less or a used on ebay. Looks like they are 130$ On ebay for a used OE tail light so I would probably just buy it for 220$ and know that your getting a brand new assembly. I am pretty sure they are the same as the 2014 but hey atleast its not body work! I got a 1" scratch on mine when it was brand new due to a door ding and it still feels lousy looking at it

Yeah, I've broken mine 3 times. This was the most recent. Theres slight play in it due to the side clip not being able to slide in.

Looks like there may be LED and non LED ones. Yes thinking the same thing. I might as well bite the bullet and get a new one since it's a brand new truck.

I put both of those on my rig recently after smashing my passenger side and deciding to upgrade to the new LED style. They're great quality and you can't tell them apart from the OEM parts.
