What to do with current HID system?

Anyone have any experience with their products?

I bought this exact kit from them and payed extra for the slimmer ballast and power harness with a fuse. I highly recommend it.

I contacted xenendepot about running HIDS of the High beams. They said that they didn't recommend HIDS for the high beams because they would be running at all times and would to bright and blind oncoming traffic. They also said that the DRL function would be disabled.

That's odd that the fogs don't run at all. I know the drl's run at low wattage on stock bulbs so that should be the cause of the flickering.

And yes, the trail rims look pretty nice. Just wish they weren't #27+ lbs or whatever another member posted a while back

I appreciate everyone's input. I think I'll source everything I need from XD. Let me know what you think of this menu:

Lows: 9005 HID w/ Phillips 4300
Highs: 9005 LED Headlight Kit or Phillips H11 Bulbs
Fogs: Phillips H11 LED Bulbs
DRL: 9005 LED bulb

This list is incorrect. Do more research.

Low: H11 (projector)
High/DRL: 9005, they are together, you need one that is compatible with dual voltage, and this is bare reflector, so if you stick an LED or HID in there, you need to make sure that the beam pattern works
Fogs: H11/H16 whatever, but you need to make sure that the one you order fits

Bruinjay this is a direct LED replacement with projector for your fogs. Another member on the forum has a limited fitted with these and they look great.
