Going Topless (ok, maybe a Bikini Top)

I'm in a rental, so I didn't want to deal with setting it up just to take it down eventually. So I just made my fiance help me take it off lol. Fits perfectly in the back of my garage, and I can still pull my runner in.

Lowering - easy, 5 secs to go the 2 foot distance from the ceiling to the 'Runner. - just gotta be sure it doesn't get away from ya - or give a rope burn. It has one central ratchet that locks like window blinds - very effective and secure.

Yours is fine - and realistically how often will we put on/off. 5 secs, 5 mins, what's the diff. As it is, the 14 bolts and 16 screws take about 20 mins.

The Harken is just a waaay "sexier" option, albiet at a price.

I have found that instead of using canvas for my home made bikini top I use a tent ground cloth. It works great and cost about 25 bucks. I attach the front using my Yakima rack and then bungee the back since it already has grommets installed.
